Pruning - Pruning is the  term for removing of branches. We take special care for the well being of your trees.

Formative pruning - This is the term for controling the tree`s growth at an early stage in its development, reducing the need for heavy pruning in the future and assuring quality wood for saw timber!

Chipping - Chipping branches for easy removal and compost production.

Shaping - Trimming and forming the shape of hedges and trees.

Thinning - When the crown becomes too thick, blocking light out for other plants, we will selectively remove excessive branches.

Reducing - removing height and reshaping.

Lifting - removal of branches at base of tree.

Section felling - Large trees or heavy branches get removed from   features and structures with proper techniques and are protected by roping down pieces safely. i.e. overhanging buildings and  roads.

Dead-wooding - Removing the dead wood to prevent damage below and to the tree as a source of infection for pathogens.

Stump-grinding - mechanical extraction of the stump. Requires a minimum access width.
